Past positions, successes and/or unique qualities: Founder of multiple businesses while simultaneously a professional athlete. Developed an ability to perform under pressure while maintaining an elite work ethic level.
Educational background: MBA from Sheffield University Management School, Certificate of entrepreneurship and innovation from Manheim Business School, Fretwell Downing award for excellence in accounting and financial management, and many less formal blockchain courses with a deep obsession in the future of blockchain.
· Name: Alex Paredes
Title: Chief Technology Officer
Key Functional Areas Covered: Design and implementation of omnichain solutions. Blockchain development, developer management, strategic development.
Past positions: Software development lead at BC Campus, Full stack development at Island Health, Technical Analyst at Nokia, developed multiple blockchain projects.
Educational background: A key example of learning by doing Alex has a passion for "building cool tech" both for work and on the side. An opportunity at Nokia caused him to exit his University education to work on his passions and he has never looked back.
· Name: Forrest Rohr
Title: Chief Operations Officer
Key Functional Areas Covered: Sales, Finance, Operations.
Past positions, successes and/or unique qualities: Extensive experience as a Sales Executive. Over the last decade he has worked with and developed sales teams for Ledcor, Telus, Rogers and Cogeco. He has on-boarded, trained, deployed and managed over 1,000 outside sales professionals throughout BC, AB and ON. In addition to his experience as a manager, he has personally closed over 5,000 sales as an outside sales representative.
